4- 5 oz. Tilapia Fllets
1 tsp thyme
4 tsp canola oil
2 tablespoons cornmeal
1 tsp fish seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp brown sugar, packed
2 tsp smoked sweet paprika

Tilapia is a farmed fish packed with nutrients and heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. It's flaky, white meat is low in fat and high in protein, making it a filling, delicious choice of dinners. Cook it up and serve in less than ten minutes.


1.Mix cornmeal, paprika, fish seasoning, thyme, pepper and brown sugar on wax paper.
2.Coat the filets in the spicy mixture. Make sure to press firmly so that the seasoning adheres to the fish.
3.Moisten with a little water first to help with coating.
4.Heat a large skillet ovr medium-high heat with the oil.
5.Add the fish and spray with nonstick spray.
6.Cook until deeply browned on the outside, the inside will be opaque in color and flaky for 4 minutes per side.
7.Serve with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
