This Egg Drop Soup Recipe was written by my sister-in-law, Tracy. When her son was a little boy and got sick, he wanted egg drop soup.  She says, “Our favorite little Chinese restaurant was all the way downtown, so I concocted this.  I think of it as Skip’s sick soup.”
